It was great having the sound system set up on arrival as well and the kitchen and toilet amenities were excellent for a private campground."

The loudest noise you hear is probably your partner snoring next to you and you’re greeted to views of endless Valleys and wildlife. The Glow Worm Caves are walking distance and also something to add on your weekend itinerary!"

The place has everything you will need during your stay and the folks running it are extremely giving and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting an escape for a weekend or longer. "Historic hotel with 5 fireplaces, superb food, timber bar and just generally a nice family feel, Electric blankets are very warm, sheets crisp and towels very white. Simple breakfast included with nice balconies and north side garden. Went for a short 5 min walk and saw ten kangaroos, Took a great photo of the hotel from the front.but no way to share here. Hope the front balcony damagefrom the wayward car is fixed soon. Finally, we stayed at Royal Capertee on our way to visit the oil shale works and we’re not disappointed with the 2 hour tour."
