"Great location, walkable to almost all attractions in Ottawa. Lots of amenities like kitchen, fridge, cookware, Roku, storage lockers, and game tables. The parking could be better. Check in time is 4pm, could be earlier. Wall has a visible bubble from a water leak. Lobby has a strong scent as if it's trying to cover something up. Overall a pleasant experience. Would consider staying again."

"The check-in/out was easy and efficient. The location was great. Close to some great restaurants and easily walkable to the market, Rideau Centre, grocery stores, LCBO, etc. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends heading to Ottawa. The price was great!"

"We stayed at the Arc from Nov. 15th to the 16th. Hassan, the concierge (I believe) was the highlight of our stay. What a delight! He has excellent customer service, great sense of humour, so polite and pleasant. He was incredibly helpful as well. I had no cash on me and we were behind schedule for leaving, I wanted to leave a cash tip for him because he left a lasting impression to me and my family. I feel like you don't see service like this or personality in staff like this in many places...
