"The deck needs a good power washing as the pines makes it slippery when wet. I only mention for safety reasons. The gutters need cleaning out. Otherwise it was great. A beaufuful house! Clean. Property manageR super responsive."

"Great house with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for 7 of us. All that you may need is already included. They have 2 lakes and a pond if you’re into fishing (don’t even need to buy license). Close drive to many hikes and beautiful waterfalls! Would come back again."

We were able to get to Blackwater Falls State Park and the neighboring town of Thomas within a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was very nice but I feel like the pictures showed the house out of context. It is located in a convenient area with close access to everything, but very close to other houses. Also the house, while being to sleep 12 people, was very small. The pictures led us to believe that we had a lot of room. Oh well, I can’t complain about the area though! It’s one of my favorite places in the world and we were with great people!"

"We visit the Dolly Sods area often, and this is our first stay at this property. It was a great property—a very private location with plenty of space inside and to walk around outside. We saw more wildlife at the house than we did hiking up in Dolly Sods. The house was great. I have only two things I would say would be nice as improvements. One is some more small/medium pots and pans. There are a couple, but their non-stick is gone, and I couldn't find a regular-size spatula that someone hadn't...
