"I was at Daku for two nights. As a single traveler, it was very safe and convenient. The staff were amazing. There is snorkeling right across the street which is very convenient. Walking to town takes about 30 minutes and there aren’t sidewalks at points so I might recommend taking a taxi. I had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on site and all food was excellent. "Lovely lodge with everything you need to be comfortable. The views and the air coming from the sea are amazing! "We spent 11 nights at Maravu Paradise villa and it was pure bliss. We love the views from the villa and the space it offers. Great for our kids to run around. It was home away from home. It had everything we needed. Danielle was very easy to reach and communicate with. Laite and her husband, Zack (housekeepers) are wonderful. They prepared the pool hut for my husband’s birthday. "Emaho Sekawa is a total gem! Fijian warmth and hospitality was on full display from the warm welcome ceremony to the heartwarming goodbye song. The staff were top notch. They were attentive and accommodating at every turn, offering the highest level of personalized service you could imagine. They showed genuine interest in making sure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We truly enjoyed all activities (sea kayaking, snorkeling, sand island, mud bath and waterfalls, cocoa plantation tour).
The property itself is spectacular, with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. We stayed in Villa Emaho which offered total luxury, peace, and tranquility nestled among the dense tropical hillside overlooking Savusavu Bay. The villa was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything was in great working order and housekeeping/laundry upon request made our stay very comfortable.
The food and service were superb! Everything was made to order with fresh, with local ingredients and served in our villa or at the bar. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and the chef even made us a delicious gluten free birthday cake with cassava flour! "

Upon arrival be sure to ask which nights they’re having a buffet because it’s worthwhile planning to stay on those nights. My Bure had a nice outdoor shower and beautiful view of the ocean. When I return to Savusavu, I will stay at Daku again. "

However, the true stars of our stay were our hosts, Josh and Shabana. They were the epitome of graciousness and warmth, making us feel welcomed from the very first moment. Their friendliness and genuine care turned our holiday into a truly memorable experience. They were incredibly helpful, organizing activities and even taking us on trips to the grocery shop to ensure we had everything we needed. They even arranged for an exceptional chef-prepared meal at our villa, which was one of the highlights of our stay! It was well worth the cost.
Thanks to their efforts, we didn’t just have a wonderful vacation—we made friends for life. This island retreat is a hidden gem that we cannot recommend highly enough!"

"Check-In: Prompt, in the correct room, right away, much earlier than the regular check-in time posted.
Host and Hostess: Mr. Mukesh and his wife are excellent hosts! They are easily available if you have a request! Both are polite, gentle, humble! They own this 12 room hotel.
Room: Quite, large. With fan, AC, medium size fridge, medium size TV.
Bathroom was clean, hot, and cold water and it worked fine! Toiletries provided. Coffee, tea, creamer.
View from the several roof to floor large windows of the bay, Nami island. Excellent in the delux room number 2.
Bed: Comfortable. Clean.
Kitchen: Allows making meals.
