College Reunion
4 college graduates get together every year to play golf and a card game called “Hearts” so the house was perfect as there were four bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 1/2.

The home, check-in and the location were great. However, there were several lights that did not work, there was no guide how to manage the TV channels (similar to what you get in a hotel), and the oven took extremely long time to cook food. There was limited towels available, no Kleenex’s or trash cans in the bedrooms. These are minor things but they impacted our final impression.

We stayed here on two separate trips to the area in less than a month both times the house was exactly as shown. It is a really nice place, great neighborhood, very clean, and had good parking. Beds were comfortable and we felt we had plenty of space. Would be look to stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend for those who are looking.

The fridge leaks water on the floor - not sure from where The upstairs shower sprays water outside of the shower and needs to be addressed These are just things that need fixed. Was a nice place!

Family Visit
Visiting our nephew and his family, this house is extremely comfortable and within five miles of my nephew’s house. Walked the neighborhood and it’s a very nice space. Second time staying here and will more than likely stay again.

We came for a conference and our party of three adults enjoyed this property and would absolutely return for future visits. Urbandale was a great location for us to use as a home base. We spend several days exploring Des Moines and the surrounding area. This house is well equipped and spacious with a nice deck on the back.

We came out to Iowa to visit with family. This s a great launching pad for all our activities, and the bathroom downstairs was so great for our 83 year old grandpa who has a hard time with stairs.

Fair & concert weekend
The check in process was good. Had to contact the owner for door code but she was easily reached . The house needed upkeep. Patio door curtain rod was pulling away from wall, storm door closer was bent so it was a bit hard to close, bathroom was not very clean. The house was roomy and beds were comfy although a few extra blankets would’ve been nice since bedding was very light. Bring extra bathroom tissue and towels, those were in short supply.

Lots of room, clean and very comfortable beds. Could use more in kitchen for a longer stay. Needed a blender and hand mixer. Also needed kitchen towels and more bath towels. Should totally put a game room in the basement /That would be a great area for kids to hang out
