We had a lovely time at the Ayazma Cave Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide personal attention to our family. A big breakfast was served each morning on a lovely patio. The staff kindly arranged excursions for us, helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. The property is walking distance to the town of Ürgüp.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ayazma Cave Hotel. Le personnel parle anglais et a été très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié : fruits, fromage, oeufs… L’hôtel se situe à environ 15mn à pied du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique pour sortir le soir. Le seul bémol a été le bruit : les chambres sont assez mal isolées, nous avons été réveillés tôt le matin.

Excellent hôtel. Très propre, personnel très accueillant et dévoué. Par contre, sur votre site il est écrit que l’hôtel est à une minute à pied du Parc National de Göreme, ce qui est faux.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!

Otele girer girmez kendi evinize girer gibi hoş bir karşılamayla karşı karşıya kaldık. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar ve işletme sahibi bizi hiç yabancılık çekmeden ağırladı. Bu durum bizi çok mutlu ve memnun bıraktı. Bekletilmeden odamıza yerleştirildik. Odamız öncesinde ısıtılmış ve adeta rüya gibiydi. Tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyordu. Huzurlu bir tatil için tek adres diyebiliriz. Çalışanlar her an isteklerimiz için var gibiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı tatmin edici ve lezzetliydi. Otele giriş yaptığımız ilk andan çıkış yapana kadar geçirdiğimiz deneyimden çok memnun kaldık. Yeni açılmış bir otel işletmecileri çok tatlı ve samimi insanlar. Bütün ihtiyaçlarımız ile bire bir ilgilendiler. Hijyen, tasarım, kalite, lezzet 5/5. Yılbaşı için tercih etmiştik, bizim için çok güzel bir anı olarak kaldı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
