"This house is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The table tennis table and rabbits were particularly enjoyable for the children. The house was very clean and very well equipped indeed. The host spoke excellent English, and was very helpful. Munich is about an hour away by car, and Augsburg is just 30 minutes. We would strongly recommend this as a base to visit the surrounding region."

"The welcome given by Frau & Herr Hirt was wonderful witha full tour of the house and explanation of the appliances. I don't think we have ever staed ina house so well equipped with such a well stocked larder. The village itself is not particulalry picturesque (apart from the church), but it has plenty of grocery stores and catching the train to Augsburg or Munich was really easy."

There is no shower in the rental space, just a tub. The shower is in the basement laundry room that the family uses. We were told the doors stay unlocked/ open. "Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es gab genug Platz in der Küche das alle (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) bequem essen konnten. Es war alles Sauber und die Terrasse hat auch genug Platz für einen gemütlichen Abend. Außerdem gibt es in Lauf Nähe einen Spielplatz und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Lebensmittelläden sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe."

"We had a great room for a great price, and the drive in to Octoberfest wasn't terrible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast was just right. The room was spacious and clean. We could hear the live music from the restaurant and that went pretty late, so our specific room might not be for everyone, but we slept through it just fine. Would absolutely stay here again."
