"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...
"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "
"Very Large room!&good accommodations!
The hotel treat us very well.
Hotelman isn't there, but there is good heart of treatment for traveler.
We will go the hotel again."
"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

"The hotel is a Japanese style resort by the Lake, ("traditional" and "old world style"; We had to take off our shoes at the hotel entrance). Yet it had all the modern amenities expected these days.
My wife and I stayed in the Premier Suite recently. It was very spacious and had a private Onsen. The living room had a lovely view of the tall trees lining the Lake, and 2 large massage arm chairs to enjoy the sunset view. Dinner was served in the Suite, kaiseki style, on the large dining table. Breakfast was served in a "private" dining area in the adjoining restaurant, and there was a view of the garden area in front of the Lake. The bathroom was large, and had a fantastic shower (but no bathtub). We enjoyed walking around the lovely neighbouring lakeside area and looking at the Volcano mountains. Hotel staff were always present, polite and helpful - Overall, a most pleasant stay ! "
"It was a nice hotel before heading to the airport the next day. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Parking is a bit tight. Overall, it’s a bed and shower … nothing fancy but do you really need more for one night.
