"Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here.
