The spa was a lovely retreat, although a bit chilly during my massage and mud therapy. The heated infinity pool featured a unique passage leading outside, and when submerged, you could hear soothing music and even whale calls! There was also a cold-water pool and two hot tubs, along with complimentary Scottish showers that some of my friends enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering multiple options as well as a menu to order from. The hotel offered several dining options, including a lobby bar with stunning views of the town and mountains. Rodrigo at guest services went above and beyond, assisting me with booking several excursions, renting a car for exploring, and much more. Surrounded by the Cerro Alarkén Natural Reserve, the hotel offered some fantastic hiking trails, perfect for hours of wandering and exploration. The rooms were impeccably clean, with a proper turn-down service each evening that included chocolate as a welcome gift and nightly treat on the pillow. If you’re into unique experiences and unsure about venturing to Antarctica, visiting Ushuaia and staying at this resort should definitely be on your list. You won’t regret it!
