appartement idealement situĆ© ; par contre l' accĆ©s est fatiguant car il faut aprĆØs avoir pris l' ascenseur jusqu' au 6 eme Ć©tage encore gravir deux escaliers pour arriver Ć  l' entrĆ©e et encore un escalier pour pĆ©nĆ©trer dans l' appartement qui est mansardĆ©
