"Hursey Resort was a very pleasant stay for us. It is just outside Soroti (about 5km) on the edge of town with views of the surrounding area. "Kumi is in a poorer part of Uganda and the hotel reflects that. It tries hard and was much improved from my last visit. Hot water consistently and lovely staff."
