"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

With live music, onsen, good food, great view of snow from inside, spacious room and convenient store at the lobby, it was a comfortable and good stay for me. "We actually loved staying here and the food upstairs in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfy and the access to the mixed onsen is excellent. Probably one of our favourite parts. I will say that the shower in the rooms were very average. Plenty of hot water but it’s a very small setup and feels more like a van than a hotel."

"Nice location 2 min walk away from the base of niseko Annapuri but otherwise very basic accommodations with small rooms, small hard beds, shared bathrooms/showers and hosts were not very helpful when we had issues with transiting. Bring cash! The accommodation house does offer cheaper lift tickets but must be paid in cash. "
