"This was such a comfortable place to stay with my dog. The room/suite is spacious and well-appointed. I love having the separate kitchen/living room area to cook and work in. And it was super quiet, even though I was near an exit (which was also nice). I loved being able to park my car so close to my room. And the coffee machine they have makes excellend espresso! Thank you! "

"We stayed here because it was close to a venue for a celebration we were attending. They were so quick at check in and kind and even gave us a fresh warm cookie at the time of check in. The property was very nice, elegant and clean. The only complaint I had, was they had someone from housekeeping knocking on every door on our floor at 8am saying it was time for check out when people hadnt checked out yet and I said that to the employee. We went downstairs for coffee and I let the front desk staff know cause the lady kept doing it even an hour later after she knocked on our door, she kept knocking on more. Anyhoo, I believe the employees name was Erin at the front desk, she immediately told us she would address it with management and provided us a breakfast voucher which was very nice. Overall the place was outstanding!"

"The ladies running the breakfast were amazing. The lobby was filled with kids because of Kidz Bop the previous night and they put on cartoons. She said no one needs news all day every day. They kept things filled and cleaned up with a smile. Total sweetheart the older one. Wish I would have gotten her name "

"Alan & Ann were absolutely wonderful hosts. They are personable & very accommodating. The house is absolutely charming, quaint & quiet. Ann keeps the decor of the house fitting to the era it was built. It's like being back in time. So much history, many books and so much to look at throughout the house. Delicious breakfast served with unique dishes & a small homemade baked treat in the room upon arrival. Highly recommend if you are looking for something different. A true 'hidden gem"."

"Great hotel in the Syracuse area. It was very clean, hotel staff was great and property was very secure and easy to reach from highway. Breakfast was really good, particularly in part to the made-to-order omelet station."
