There are not a lot of recent reviews for this location and some things seem to have been updated. 1) This is an apartment and not a hotel. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer available for use (both of which were very helpful). There is a 2nd bedroom that is locked off and used by the owner's adult son during the day. However, we only saw him once and this was not an issue for us as our bedroom and private bathroom had a lock for...

"The boat is perfectly located in the Jordaan with both indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the view along the canal. The boat was clean and had everything we needed. The beds and sitting area were very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative leading up to the stay and check in was a breeze. Our family of four couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time in Amsterdam. Thank you for a fantastic experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay and this is must visit place to make your holiday even more comfortable. Owner is very friendly and down to earth. Rooms are very cozy and there is alot of space to keep your belongings. Vintage dutch 3 storey house that has luxurious designed living rooms, bedroom and kitchen. Worth every penny and it is located right on the canal with amazing views and just a 5 min walk from the nearest tram station. I would be visiting again hopefully soon. "

"The 2 bedroom suite is completely renovated and is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. Our host Marion was there on our arrival. Took the time to make suggestions for things to see and local restaurants(excellent suggestions). Marion was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location, close to transportation and walking distance to most attractions. The only negative is the stairs to get up to the suite. We would definitely stay again. "
