"This is hotel is located in very quite place of Jeonju. Is was a little scary how quite is was. :) I was very surprised by cleanliness of the hotel and housekeeping is doing very good job. Near by are shops like 7/11 or ministop. Only what I have missed was breakfast. Could be somehow managed, but on the other hand for room rate of 40 EUR I should not expect miracles. "One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!!! I travel a lot! So I've spent time in many hotels all over the world. My room at Luel, in Jeonju was one with an outdoor spa tub. It was wonderful. The breakfasts were wonderful. The staff was excellent!"
