"This is a retreat and lives up to the name, so be prepared for an experiential stay. The area is beautiful. It is in the Rain Forrest similar to a country or mountainous town in the U.S., so at night you'll hear tree frogs and nature. They offer yoga in the mornings but I unfortunately had to leave before that time. "Over all it was an ok stay for what it was . There was no hot water and when I tried to reach someone there was no answer . The sheets were a little dirty when we arrived .
