Great 4th of July experience!
We enjoyed a family 4th of July away as an extended family group at the Ranch lodge and had a fantastic time! The accommodations were spacious and there was a room and a bed for everybody. The casita was brand new and the lodge had everything we needed. We were able to cook and enjoy time together, play in the water, and enjoy a few games of pickle ball as well. We would definitely recommend this location for groups of 10 or more! Also, the fireworks were spectacular and right there within view of our lodge backyard.

Solar Eclipse viewing party
We had 17 in the group mostly family and few friends. This place is about 30-min from Uvalde in a remote area by the river. We stayed in the Ranch Lodge that accommodate upto 18 people. Overall, the group enjoyed viewing the Solar eclipse, playing pickle ball, kayaking, s'mores and golf carting. Cyndy, the facilities manager and her partner Pat were extra nice, met our requests promptly and gave us good guidance about nearby restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the viewing solar eclipse (awesome experience) on a party cloudy day.
