"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to...

"Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! "Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and it's a very nice hotel. The room was very large and the food in the restaurant on site was very enjoyable. It's a 3 minute walk to the station and you can be in Zurich in 25 minutes. My only small criticism is that there were no tea/coffee making facilities either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel but would recommend it to others."

"It was a great place to stay. It seemed to be brand new. Easy to park the car in the back. We checked in trough a machine that gave us the card to have acces to the building and room. No ac system in the room, but it did not bother. Overall it was a great place since everything was self-service. There were at least a couple of places to go eat that were nerby. "
