"We arrived early and they wanted €50 to get the room ahead of time, what a scam, everywhere we ever been in the world nobody has ever asked for a fee to enter our room early. Also the shuttle bus to the airport had a charge ( which we knew in advance) . The journey was less than 5 minutes, so that was over the top, taking advantage of the hotel guests, not nice."

"This property is right next to the airport! We came the day before our early flight back to the US and it was perfect!! There’s a great bistro bar downstairs in the huge lobby with pizza, sandwiches, Italian food, kids food, great Italian dishes, etc. there’s also great beers, great wines, soft drinks, all kinds of other types of drinks to make your meals. At 4 am there was a bus every 15 minutes to take us to the terminal. The rooms were really good, super clean, the staff are all cool people....

"The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus...

"Really great property in the countryside. Was out of season and a little quiet but I can imagine it to be full in Summertime. Staff were extremely helpful & polite. Room was nice enough but toilet seat was cheap & needed replacing. I would recommend hiring a car to get around as it was quite remote and you literally cannot walk anywhere as it’s on a winding country road with no walking pathway. The free shuttle service is brilliant and they will take you to nearby Arona/Lake Maggoire for €15...
