"The hotel staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make the family comfortable. We had requested a connected room and were told we were going to get a connected room, but I think there was a misunderstanding, and the front desk was very friendly about not being able to Give this to us and delivered champagne which we were not gonna use but also give us $100 credit and food and beverage. Vail's Mountain Haus

3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (668)
"My husband, mother in law and 6 month old all stayed in the 2 bedroom condo at VMH. The room was perfect for our family. With two good size rooms, bathrooms and a full size kitchen worked really well especially with a baby. The patio is a little small and can only fit two people comfortably but the view was spectacular. The room overall was great but somethings were missing, or broken or no longer working. That is not a reflection of the staff who were so nice and amazing. We reported the issues...
