This lovely duplex offers everything you need for a memorable getaway in beautiful Vail, Colorado.  Nestled near the end of a quiet street in west Vail, this 3 bed 2.5 bath home is close to restaurants, grocery shopping, Ellefson Park, trail heads and Town of Vail bus stops for easy access to the town centers.  
    This home has been newly furnished with all the comforts of home. Upon entering you will be greeted with sunny 2 story windows overlooking the Vail Valley with plenty of room for the entire family. Offering a spacious upstairs suite with a king bed and large 5 piece bath including a large soaking tub. Also on this level you will find full laundry facilities and extra tv room for entertaining the kids or those who act like them!  
    On the next level you will find a spacious great room with a gas fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen ready for entertaining or just dining in.  This level opens to a lovely deck with beautiful views of the Gore Range, full size gas grill, and cozy patio furnishings.       On the lower level you will find two additional bedrooms.  The first offers a beautifully appointed Queen bed and walk in closet.  The second is a bunk room with 2 twin bunks suitable for kids and adults alike! The lower bedrooms share a large full bathroom and each have their own patio with access to the outside. Our home sits on a large private lot with a 2 car garage and ample parking. This townhome is sure to make you feel right at home while you enjoy all that Vail has to offer!

Excellent Stay
The place was perfect for our family and infant granddaughter. Amazing views. Sunny on the deck in the morning with our coffee and nice evening colours as the sun was setting. Shane made us feel welcome and provided great communication both before and during the stay. Highly recommend the place for your stay in Vail.

Fantastic Condo
My family - ages 5 to 65 - stayed here for a summer getaway and loved it. Communication with check-in/out was easy. The home was clean and looked move-in ready. They had the nicest, softest towels I've ever had at a rental. So many extra towels and blankets which are usually things that are overlooked. The kitchen was well stocked, we used the grill one night for burgers, the deck furniture was like new, hot tub was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot just minutes from slopes
Beautiful well appointed home just a few minutes from mid-vail. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have hoped for. Great views of the mountains from the large living room windows. The bus stop to vail is near by but we had a non skier in the group drop us off at skiing drop off each morning which was very easy even on the weekends. Also super close to several grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic house, fantastic host
We had a great time at Shane and Hillery's. The house was just right, very comfortable and very clean. Hot tub got lots of use. Shane and Hillery answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome, and passed along valuable tips and tricks on how to maximize our time on the slopes. We also loved exploring the neighborhood and hit the hiking trail a little farther up the hill. Highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Vail. We will be back!

We loved it! The chalet was well equipped with anything you might need. Accommodations were comfortable and updated. The hot tub was fantastic after long ski days. We ended up driving to park for skiing but it was simple. Owner was super responsive and kind! Would stay again!

Well equipped condo, short ride to Vail Lion’s Head, Vail village, shopping, restaurants, etc. Hot tub was a game changer every day after skiing. Nice to have use of a two car garage. Plenty of room for our party of seven.

The Perfect Stay in Vail
The hosts make their home your vacation home. Furnishings are new , chosen with the thoughtfulness of an interior designer. The kitchen has any utensil you might need, and easy to find. Condiments are plentiful. All windows have nice views. As you see from the photos, the living room view is spectacular. Room temperatures are comfortable and ceramic floors are heated. The hosts want to hear of anything needed to improve/add to your stay and respond immediately. Their unique welcome folder thoroughly tells you about the unit and what you want to know about enjoying/getting around the community.

Awesome Stay in Vail!
The house is fantastic, spacious, extremely well supplied with all the items you might find at home. We enjoyed the hot tub, the gas grill, the internet was fast, the rooms were more than enough for our party. The location is really great, and a great Bang For Your Buck if you don't want to pay resort prices, and want to enjoy a larger living situation. I will definitely be staying here again! If you've never stayed in Vail, or if you've never stayed in this West Vail area, this is an excellent and convenient location where you can easily get to all the fun at Vail Village/Lions Head resort areas in under 5 minutes drive by either using your rental car or calling an Uber/Lyft/Rideshare which was around $20/each way. I wouldn't recommend walking to the bus stop, it will be a 10 minute walk to the free rapid transit bus stop. We had a rental car and it was perfect. We parked in the Vail Parking Deck and it was only $40 for the entire day, and if you park there after 3PM it's free.

Stay went really well, the property was easily accessible, the hot tub was amazing. It would be great if the hot tub was facing the view of the mountains. Otherwise, everything was 10/10. Shane and Hillery are very responsive and answered my questions about the stay immediately.

Splendid West Vail Stay
This is a terrific condo at the top of a neighborhood in West Vail. It's well stocked with lotion, shampoo, body wash and towels. The split level nature allowed for everyone in the family to spread out. The views were splendid and the location provided easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail mountain. There is a Safeway at the bottom of the hill, McDonald's and a nice sushi restaurant as well as a Christy's Sports. We enjoyed our family vacation and would stay again.

Another great spring break in Vail!!
We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and this property met all expectations and was true to what was described. Communication with the host was great. Always responded very quickly. We provided feedback on a few minor things which they appreciated. The view was great! As noted by another review, if you are looking to use the bus, it's a bit of a walk if you are in ski boots with equipment. We always drive and park, so this didn't affect our stay. Also, it is noted in the description there are multiple levels which comes with flights of stairs, which wasn't an issue for those with us. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Shane for making my son's 18th birthday/spring break a memorable one!!

We had a group of 6 guy’s. Everyone had a mattress. We got creative and moved a couple of the mattresses in the bunk bed room to other parts of the house. I wouldn’t recommend this house if you plan on using the bus service It’s a 15 minute walk down/uphill to the bus stop. Other than that it’s in a great West Vail location. The house has everything you need and the host’s communication is great.

Spacious unit with helpful hosts
We enjoyed our stay with six people and had plenty of room to spread out in the unit that has 4 floors. The unit was clean and well provisioned with spices, pots, pans, plates, etc. The hosts were helpful and communicative throughout our stay to ensure that we were having a good time. We'd definitely look to stay here again if we head back to Vail.

Great Place
A wonderful place to stay. Very roomy, everything was clean and up to date, parking is a cinch, and nice to be on the hill with some views. Plenty of space to spread out with the multiple levels. Teenagers definitely liked the separate TV/game room.
