"Love the hotel embedded within older buildings within Tirano, yet still fully contemporary. Great location. Very spacious room, and enormous bathroom. Superb brrakfast, especially all of the local cheeses, fruit juices, yogurts, etc. The only reason for 4 atars rather than 5 was just how hard the bed was. For a side sleeper that us unbelievably uncomfortable and making for a more restless night. For mu stomach sleeping husband, it was perfect."

"The hotel is modern yet cozy. Spa area is fantastic, the restaurant & free breakfast were great! Nice staff but English was a little spotty. No one told us they had a shower room in the luggage storage area so if you need to rinse before you takeoff and leave the area after checkout you can do so! We also didn't know there was a gym. Little cumbersome to walk to and from town if you miss the limited bus right outside the hotel, but lovely walk nonetheless. Overall highly recommend"

When we returned to the hotel, they had already put our suitcases in our room. Also we needed to checkout early to catch the Glacier Express train and the staff came early to allow us to eat breakfast before we left and even drove us to the train station!"
