Rose Barn is a pretty barn conversion set in beautiful gardens. The property is very well equipped and offers all you could need for a relaxing self catering holiday and is packed full of original features. Downstairs is open plan with a newly fitted kitchen, dining and sitting area with log burner for the colder days. The kitchen features an oven and hob, fridge with ice box as well as a dishwasher. There is access to a washing machine and additional fridge freezer in an adjacent building. There is a TV with both English and French channels as well as a digital radio and DVD player. There are a selection books, games and DVD's as well as a information on the surrounding area.

On the first floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the second with a double and single bed. There is a separate toilet and shower room. Guests are welcome to make use of the summer kitchen and entertainment area in the gardens where they will find a BBQ, dining and lounging area. A welcome hamper is provided including a bottle of local wine as well as a selection of luxury toiletries.
Rose Barn is set amongst the vineyards and Chateau's of the Anjou region of the Loire Valley. The Barn is surrounded by a wide range of vineyards where you are welcome to taste the local wines, the nearest of which is within walking distance. There are a number of beautiful towns and villages within an hours drive including Angers and Saumur where there are a wide variety of shops as well as local markets. In the summer months there are a number of festivals and events many of which centre on the best the region has to offer especially wine and music. The Barn is surrounded by a range of tourist attractions that will ensure that all age groups are entertained, these include theme parks, animal parks, outdoor pursuits, historic monuments and gardens. The Barn is also around 1 hour 30 minutes to the coast where you will find stunning beaches and islands. For those guests who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday at the Barn, there is a lovely heated pool (open mid May - end of September depending on the weather), garden games as well as a selection of books and games and use of bicycles for exploring the surrounding countryside.
Gites Floreal comprises of 2 properties, Lavender House (HAUK 10917610) and Rose Barn (HAUK 10217128), a characterful barn conversion which sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms. Whilst Rose Barn is completely separate from Lavender House, Its' close proximity means that the 2 peoperties could be booked together for that large family get together and all guests would then benefit from the use of a heated swimming pool.
