"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. "Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden Gastgeber haben immer ein offenes Ohr "

"Übernachtung sehr günstig! Der Service vor Ort und auch das Haus waren spitze! Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Backofen, steht zwar auch in der Beschreibung, ist aber trotzdem ungewöhnlich. Einzig negativ war nur, dass die Gaststätte im Dorf (dauerhaft) geschlossen ist und man daher einige Kilometer fahren muss um in die nächste zu gehen."

"Charmantes Fewo Haus. Leider kann man sich vor Ort und in der Umgebung nurschwer verständigen, weil fast nur Tschechisch verstanden wird und man für verschiedene Sachen zu verschieden Häuser mit unterschiedlichen Zeiten hin muss (zb. Brötchen Service). Gerade Bad und Küche mussten sauberer sein."

"Das am Kurpark gelegene Apartment ist ein perfekter Ort für alle die etwas Ruhe suchen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die große Loggia lädt zum entspannen ein. Rundum sauber und angenehm. Die Wohnanlage ist neu, somit sehr modern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Wie auch andere schon in der Bewertung erwähnten, hat das Zimmer mit dem Whirlpool leider kein Fenster, daher Feuchtigkeits-/Schimmelproblem. Auch in den anderen Badezimmern Feuchtigkeit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gibt sehr viel Platz. Wahrscheinlich gab es in der Vergangenheit schlechte Erfahrungen mit Mietern, daher wurden Möbel von eher geringer Qualität nachgekauft, was zumindest...

"The stuff was very friendly, smiling a lot and professional. The hotel was clean, eco-friendly and had everything you need. The room was very spacious with nice view to the garden. It was very calm and silent. The program for children seemed amazing (there is a playground outside, play room and movie room inside; there is also an option with hotel auntie) and also the fitness classes everyday was good option...The swimming pool was quite empty. The choice of beauty treatments was great and done very professionally. We had amazing 5-dishes dinner in Dekompresja restaurant and very nice service. Really recommend it. The breakfast was very good - you could order warm dishes or choose something from buffet - they had vegetarian choices. Coffee was ok. Many nice options for children in terms of food :) Again very friendly and attentive staff. We are definitely coming back :) Also, there are plenty of things to do in Polanica or nearby"

Awesome pools

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. Thank you. I hope it was helpful. Ps. You have my name and address. don't hesitate to give and send me refund. Ha ha. Janusz Dziuba."
