"Owners are extremely rude and extortioned our stay - threatened to remove my children with police. We pressed charges against the hotel with the local police. They accepted our money and reservation, checked us in and put our oersoanl belongings in the room. We went for dinner and upon returning at they locked us out of the room unless we paid an additional 1031 Euro for our stay!!! Horrible- clearly not their first rodeo "

The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "The staff was among the best I’ve ever seen. Bernadette, Alex, and especially Serena made our stay extra special. Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. She was Warm and helpful and remembered all our names. These guys deserve some kind of spirit award. Thanks for making our stay special."

His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His suggestion of hiking trails put us on the best hike that we have ever done. His staff was so accommodating, polite, and just a pure please to interact with. No, it does not stop there. The food was from the local markets and prepared to perfection. We will be back
