"Excellent location, across the street from Plaza Mayor. It is in the heart of Salamanca. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores around the corner. The hotel is super clean, the beds are comfortable, ac is a plus. We will definitely come back. "

Due to this, the location is excellent for exploring the historic city, but I was told by the host that bc of restrictions on the plaza, this apartment (as well as all others in the plaza) cannot have AC. During high summer, it is very difficult to sleep without AC after the heat of the day so I would not recommend this apartment for summer travel. Fans are provided but they were not enough to be comfortable. We are from Texas so I dont say this...

"A centrally located hotel, which was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were old but large. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Unfortunately the shower was in a bathtub and this was quite high and it was a little precarious getting in and out. The staff are pleasant and friendly. "Wow, this hotel was so lovely. We had the best nights sleep, so much so we overlayed. Staff really friendly and a fabulous room 303. We went to a lovely restaurant the hotel recommended. Just a minute walk away. Vinodiario. Food was excellent. Highly recommend and this will now be our go to on the route down to Estepona "
