"This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. "This chalet was beautiful, and looks just like the photos. David and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and helpful, communicated with us with any questions before and after we’ve booked. The chalet is located about 5/10 minutes walk from the town where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also about a 20-30 min drive from Madrid City. Perfect location. My group and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this chalet and we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid or Alcala de Henares....

"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday."

"Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial)....

"Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, la casa estaba genial, fuimos mi pareja y yo con mis cuñados para descansar un poco de la ciudad y del estrés, y realmente el ambiente y lo agustito que estás en la casa es genial. Lo único que hace un aire terrible jaja pero es lo de menos cuando estas agusto y Santiago ha sido súper majo y nos ha aconsejado sitios muy guais, aparte de todo pudimos llevar al perrete que ha disfrutado de la terracita y del campito, sin duda volveríamos a ir."
