"Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine. "

"This place has so much potential - the location is perfect for day trips to Erice, the coast and vineyards, and the views are unbeatable. Unfortunately the rooms are tired, the air conditioning not very good, the owner disinterested in guests, and despite being nearly empty they still charge extra for a room with a view! Breakfast was not good value, and despite advertising being a pizzeria, the restaurant didn’t serve pizzas the night we were there. "

"This hotel has been renamed The New Hotel Palace. It was grand, beautiful pool area, ornate lobby and sitting areas albeit somewhat dated. The staff was lovely. It was very quiet, guessing that it was off season. The breakfast was not enticing, a bit disappointing. The same foods were out for 2 mornings so there was nothing that was fresh except maybe the loaf of bread to toast. "

"The location is gorgeous! I can see why people have weddings there. My suite was very night with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathtub which I did enjoy. "Absolutely stunning hotel, so clean and quiet, perfect relaxation with the best meal we ate in all our time in Sicily. I couldn’t find any reviews on the pool before we went so I will state that it was perfect too, great temperature and rarely too busy, during the day we had it to ourselves largely.
