Clean, basic room. Lovely views. Unique location - the access road was nearly 6 miles up the mountain but meant it was quiet and had a great vista. The meals were generous and pizza choices freshly cooked to order. As a ski resort it was very quiet with no snow!

Don’t book this hotel

They played high music until 3 am and when we told them about the problem next day they tried to refuse that it even happened. Room was not cleaned properly. This was definitely not worth the money. We checked after one night even due we had three nights paid and they refused to repay us for any of the two remaining nights

Personale gentile, soprattutto la signora che serve le colazioni, disponibilissima. Camera ridotta, ma molto pulita. La sera un po' di rumori, porte che sbattevano di continuo. CiĂČ perĂČ non dipende solo dal personale della struttura, ma dalla scarsa educazione della gente (si dimenticano, forse, di non essere a casa loro).

Camera estremamente piccola quasi claustrofobica. Lo spazio per metterci un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Il letto a castello completamente inutilizzabile perché i materassi sfondati e molto scomodi.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura nel mese di Gennaio. Di positivo ha la posizione, in quanto presenta un accesso diretto alle piste. Da migliorare la pulizia della camera e l’accoglienza: il personale non era presente nù al nostro arrivo, nù alla nostra partenza, per cui abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi della camera incustodite alla reception.

Soggiorno perfetto

La regina della struttura ù la signora Agnese che fin dall’alba si prende cura dei propri ospiti con una ricca colazione personalizzata con tutto quello che desideri. La vista stupenda dalla camera, l’ottimo cibo e le belle passeggiate completano il soggiorno. La cucina ù buona anche per vegetariani. Noi ci portiamo sempre i nostri pets che giocano tutto il giorno in armonia con tutti gli altri amici nel prato fronte l’albergo dove puoi prendere il sole, bere qualcosa al kiosko, guardarti un film e riposarti.

Ca dépanne mais sans plus

Personne Ă  l'accueil Ă  mon arrivĂ©e, j'ai du aller chercher quelqu'un dans un restaurant Ă  proximitĂ©. On m'a donnĂ© une chambre et 2h aprĂšs on est venus me dĂ©placer, soit-disant la chambre n'Ă©tait pas propre. On m'a mis dans une chambre qui n'avait pas vraiment Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e (poils de rasages encore prĂ©sents dans le lavabo, entre autre). Le patron et le pizzaiolo Ă©taient sympas et le petit-dĂ©jeunĂ© correspondant aux attentes de base. L'accĂšs est par contre compliquĂ©, Ă  la base d'une remontĂ©e de tĂ©lĂ©siĂšges, difficile de comprendre oĂč aller se garer. Mais avec les explications j'ai pu mettre mon vĂ©hicule Ă  l'abris pour la nuit. Zone trĂšs calme et vue imprenable sur la vallĂ©e.

L’hotel era praticamente distante 10 km dalla cittĂ  di Bormio Ăš risultata assolutamente scomoda perchĂ© appunto c’era la strada piena di curve, mi hanno cambiato la camera a mia insaputa ritrovandomi i miei effetti personali in un’altra stanza.sinceramente mi aspettavo molta piĂč professionalitĂ  da parte del personale dell’hotel, sono rimasto molto deluso dell’esperienza in questa struttura.
