"First we were assigned a room which had no resemblance to what I had booked. The shower and drains didn’t work. Coffee was awful. Lots of noice. Filthy floor. "

"This particular hotel is very well situated within easy walking distance to the best of Valdivia. There are numerous restaurants, plazas and coffee shops nearby. The staff is extremely helpful in providing you help with all your travel needs."

"No posee ascensor, con lo que no conviene ir con equipaje pesado. La gente que atiende es muy amable. La zona no es de la mejor. Paralelamente estuve en una época donde estaban arreglando la calle con lo que en lugar de vista al río, tenía vista a los obradores. Estas cosas se deven avisar de antemano como me ha ocurrido en otros hoteles, luego dependerá de mí si voy o no. Los utensilios de cocina son muy escasos."

Staff are painting and fixing up a number of the rooms and after a somewhat last hotel letdown we were a little apprehensive on arrival. Like many of the guest houses here they looksomewhattired from the outside but the staff, friendliness of other tenants and access to the kitchen and fridge made the stay very pleasant."

"Old fashioned basic hotel. Reasonably clean. The room was under low sloping eaves. The boutique in the title is very misleading, and it was very overpriced for the quality. Next time I would book something more central. "

"Our stay was quite disappointing, to the point I felt I was ripped off. To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window. Our toilet was faulty, bidet was out of order and it's...

"Um ar condicionado fez falta. Recepção boa porém confusa com hóspedes estrangeiros. O café da manhã é muito ruim, saímos com fome nas duas diárias e as meninas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e grosseiras. Estacionamento limitado e tem que dar a volta no quarteirão para estacionar. Falta uma geladeira (frigobar) no quarto. O lugar é bonito e o jardim é bem cuidado. "
