"We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left. "

"Our stay with Charline was excellent. The property was easy to find and Charline greeted us on arrival and showed us around the chalet. It is very clean, well appointed and just like the pictures! The views from the balcony were stunning. There is plenty to do in the area - walking, cycling, swimming in lakes, visiting museums, wine-tasting, visiting a goat farm. "This chalet is located in a magical area, a very small town on a hillside with an amazing view. It is so quiet and pleasant, and the drive up to the chalet took us through a forest. It's a great location from which to explore the area and its cities, and we were able to go to Christmas markets in a number of these places.The chalet was just the right size for our three-person family and very cute and cozy. "The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
