"Hotel needs a refresh…. Corridors are very dated as are balconies. Beds very comfortable. Poor checkin as was given a room with no view despite having booked this. Upon complaining I was moved to a room with the view I’d paid for. Breakfast needs non dairy yoghurt. A lot was shut as march?? Really odd. And spa under are renovation "

"So pleased we chose this hotel. The Staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived till we left. Very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Lovely modern decor fabulous appointed rooms and bathroom. If there was one thing to snag it was the hum of the generator in our room. Would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Excellent location to use Turia Gardens for running and walking to the museums and Old Town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and all speak very good English. They were also very attentive to our needs for taxi and local sight seeing advice. All in all, the hotel is well maintained and has good ambience. Buffet breakfast was excellent, too."

"We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "
