"It was clean and beds were super comfy! Staff was so nice and helpful, my only complaint was that the Jets were not working on the hot tub so the water was very murky but the guy let us know at the front desk upon arrival. But that was it everything else was great!"

"I always stay here when I visit Albuquerque. I don't know what the actual rating is but in my book it is a 4 star hotel. It is so clean and all the people working there are so nice and kind, very concerned about a guests comfort. Nice breakfast. I would say my only complaint would be that even though a person reserves a room a certain location or room is not guaranteed. So, although I always ask for a ground floor, in particular north wing, I rarely get even if I reserve way ahead. I just don't get it. If walk ins come first they get the rooms and even though I reserved I still don't get priority on location or type. I reserved a single king on the ground floor and had to settle for a two queen on the third floor. There is an elevator. Otherwise, excellent hotel!"

"The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. When we had trouble with the TV he came right away and fixed it. He also gave us suggestions for dinner. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again."
