Fantastic summer apartment, fully equipped, with ducted air conditioning, internet, public transport to go to the center, two double bedrooms, large dining room, huge bathroom with renovated shower, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, everything you need and more.

In front of the Polytechnic University and a few meters from Malvarrosa beach, with bus lines right next to it and 400 meters from the tram, which reaches the city center in three stops.

At the end of the avenue where it is located is the city of arts and sciences
