Nature around the property. The staff and specially Marina and Andrés are wonderful people and charming hosts. An outstanding experience with excelent facilities and food. Gluten free options and a heated swimingpool with great view.

The owners of this generational family farm are so warm and welcoming. They have a very special place and do an amazing job of helping their guests experience everything wonderful about living in the countryside. We really enjoyed horseback riding at sunset, delicious home-cooked meals, and a starry night where the Milky Way was on full display.

this is the place to go for relaxing. do not go here for shopping or late nights. go here for quiet reading by the fire and home cooked meals. my daughter and I were here for 2 days and it was perfect. mariana showed us how to cook and the food she prepared was perfect. so relaxing.

Fantastic place to stay.

What a great place. The setting is fantastic, a working estancia in the interior of Uruguay. It's easy to find, quiet, clean, comfortable and Marina, Andrés and their daughters are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The food is very good, including an amazing barbecue that Andrés did. We learnt a lot about the environment locally from each of them and had a fantastic hike with Andrés and Melissa. They cannot do too much to help. It is very highly recommended.

it was a lovelly stay at the Estancia Los Platanos. I had a cold, but Marina and Andres were so kind to organise Medecine for me. The food Marina made, was realy nice! Andres took us out for a ride on the horses. So good! I very much recommend the Estancia, if you want a quiet break and learn about the countryside and farming. There are cats, dogs, horses, sheep and lots of Birds on the grounds, which should be fun for Kids too. We hope, we can be back some time again.

Une estancia avec seulement 3 chambres, pas de piscine, pas de tennis... Un vrai séjour à la ferme ! On y mange une délicieuse cuisine maison et les hôtes sont très ouverts et accueillant. Belle balade à cheval même pour débutants impression fantastique

Underbar Estancia och superhärlig familj!

Vi bodde på Estancian i fyra nätter och ville inte lämna, allt var superhärligt och vi rekommenderar verkligen ett besök! Jättetrevlig familj, underbar mat, vacker utsikt över ägorna, allt man kan önska sig på landet! Vi firade nyår med familjen och hade en oförglömlig kväll under stjärnorna.
