"All the staff was friendly and accommodating towards anything and everything needed to be answer, everything was walking distance, even the train station as well, the room did tend to get hot during the day but they provide a fan for that as well. "The check-in process was great! The front desk attendant gave us great advice about the train. She heated up the sauna early for us! It was super thoughtful. The beds were super comfy. "Fantastic location in the Pyynikki lakeside and national park area, just a short trip from Tampere city centre. We were warmly welcomed with our dogs. The room was very clean with a fully functioning kitchen, a washing machine and a nice balcony. Breakfast was good, better on the weekend than weekday morning. The only minus was the beds - one thin pillow per person didn't provide enough comfort. And there were no bin bags in the kitchen."
