We liked everything about this hotel. It was very clean, nicely decorated, the food was very good, the staff worked very hard to service you. There were many activities during the day for young and old, and great shows at night. This hotel is highly recommended.

The property could be really nice if there was some work done to it. The pool was cold, pool area was outdated, the rooms are outdated and the patios are so small!!! It’s nice to have a room with a kitchen and the near by beaches were beautiful. I would stay here again for a cheaper rate as I didn’t think the rate was worth it

We had an excellent experience at NYX Cancun. The food was very good in the Italian, Japanese, and the regular restaurant. The service in all of them could not have been better. The facility is right on the beach, and the lounge chairs were available. We would highly recommend this hotel and would like to revisit some day.
