"Hotel Mirabo is the perfect picturesque getaway just minutes from downtown Valldemossa. Antonio was so helpful when our flight was delayed and we were getting in late from the airport. Service from the entire staff is excellent. Easy parking for rental cars on site, which I would recommend in Mallorca for easy travel around the island. Food and drink at Mirabo was 10/10 and the pool was extremely beautiful and relaxing. "

Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service.
