"We greatly appreciated the whole ambience - clean modern room with adjoining outdoor areas for relaxing, safe parking, inclusive 24 hour hot drinks (inc. good coffee) , breakfast spread, good quality restaurant, and attentive, helpful staff. All within easy walking to the centre of town. Not the cheapest but probably the best hotel for a comfortable stay in San Pedro de Atacama."

"Can’t make my mind up about this hotel. There is a great pool - definitely nice to enjoy after early starts on various tours. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. However facilities in the room were quite basic. Having a fridge was a bonus however there was no safe in the room which is pretty standard nowadays. Also no AC or fan in the room which given the heat again is something I would’ve expected. The curtains over the door aren’t block out so let a lot light in - thankfully I’d packed...

"Excellent choice. Beautiful property, very comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower and a beautiful patio to enjoy. Very good breakfast and the restaurant is an excellent option for dinner. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all our requirements. Highly recommended."

"This is a lovely secluded place walking distance to the center. I loved coming back home after my trying and challenging tours. San Pedro is charming yet a very dusty town, but once I entered the hotel and my room everything was pristine.As it happens, they dont have an indoor heating system, yet the bed can be warmed up. "Lovely property in the middle of town, so easy access to the main restaurant strip and the tourism companies. They prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for the days we had tours starting really early, and offered us a lovely wine and cheese on the last day. The room was lovely, with a small terrace and a large bathroom with a nice clear ceiling shower in it. The only downside is that there are parties raging in town until 5-6am, so noise can be an issue. Otherwise, would definitely recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Atacama Loft & Glamp. It was so beautiful to be outside in the dessert. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy. The 20 minute walk to town was worth the serenity. We were warm in bed with lots of blankets and an electric mattress pad, even with winter temps below 0C. We enjoyed making breakfast just as we liked with good ingredients. "We had a wonderful stay at the lodge Quelana. Our room was lovely. The best part was the staff. Natalia was super amazing as were the breakfast staff. Natalia spoke great English and was so helpful with everything. Great vibe in this place. It's a quiet hidden away spot. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful little space. So much nicer than the pictures suggest. Bathroom is super modern. There's a nice little breakfast bar that has basic stuff like cutlery and cups and a kettle. This place is really spacious we absolutely loved it. The loft bed is super cute and also the staff that showed us the room was very kind and helpful. The place has a private entrance off the street but also has access to the hostels amenities. 10/10 absolutely recommend "

When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes.
