"We booked a deluxe apartment, not sure what the difference is. The apartment was roomy, adequate kitchen for breakfasts and lunches no oven although microwave was a combi oven/microwave. Bathroom had walkin shower with plenty of hot water although it did need some maintenance (grouting and sealant need replacing, mould on bottom of shower screen) Friendly helpful staff on reception. "I thought that the property was well maintained and organised, positioned in an ideal spot to access Caleta De Fuste resort and / beach. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to Junior Suite. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The Castle in the grounds gave the hotel a sense of grandness. Although the swimming pool was very cold, I did access it. I liked that my block (3) was very close to the pool and buffet restaurant. I liked that I could also eat in the other hotel and try various cuisines e.g. Mexican. My only improvement would be for the buffet food to be hotter than it was. I know in the Mediterranean there is a tendency not to have the food piping hot but that's my preference."

"Staff were really lovely, they helped us book a taxi when our shuttle service ever showed up. The room we stayed in had two single beds, it was a comfortable size bedroom and the actual hotel room had pleasant lounging spaces too. The hotel rooms are basic in the sense that it is nothing extraordinarily fancy or elaborate. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were lovey and kind, the pool area was great, cleanliness across the hotel was never an issue."
