"Fascinating concept - i.e. staying in a cave - but the cave space wasn't much different from a country cottage once furnished with old furniture, lighting etc. Our living room was adequate, but the bathroom shower cubicle was in bbad condition. The bedroom (deeper into the cave) was delightful to look at, but the mattress and pillows were hard. Perhaps this place would be a lot better at the start of the season?"

"Right at the centre of the resort - v short walk to ski lifts Good hosts and very Spanish feel about hotel. We had an excellent studio which was well equipped and serviced daily. Underground secure parking and a ski locker were v convenient. Maybe a little more detail on arrival process as one way system and underground car parking can be a bit confusing for new arrivals. Would stay again. "

Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!"

"We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "
