"This was a beautiful property situated between Pisa and Lucca. It’s an older hotel but all of the amenities including air conditioning were good. Amazing pool area and loungers and you can run down to the lobby to get drinks and other snacks. "I got really lost finding the right bus and Giacomo was really helpful and eventually came to pick me up in his car, which was fabulous as I was tired and with a big bag. The house is a lovely old house and the room was clean and perfect with an ensuite. "Went along for the annual Carnivale. Hotel was located right on the edge of the route so you could walk out and watch the parade. Staff were great. Able to assist with every request even my desperate need for a strong coffee the night after the festival. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and two minutes to the beach.
