"Pros: Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Frau leben im Nachbarhaus. Sie sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt und David hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob etwas fehlt. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein! "Casa Epina se encuentra bien comunicada muy cerca de Garajonay y a 20 min de Vallehermoso pueblo. Alberto fue muy amable al recibirnos y la casa estaba muy limpia y preparada para recibirnos. Nos resultó muy fría, a pesar de los radiadores con los que venía equipado el alojamiento, creo que también tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo esta semana. Por lo demás todo fue bien. "

"Pros: Die Gastfreundschaft war sehr liebevoll und nicht zu überbieten. Alles war sauber, ein herrlicher Blick auf das Meer. Im Haus gab es alles, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. WLAN. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle, 2 Kochplatten, italienische Espressokocher, Wasserkocher etc. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Cons: Es gibt nichts Negatives."

"Amazing stay at Bancal! The hotel is huge, green, sustainable, the view of the Teide incredible and the service excellent (thanks to Charlie!). We ate at the buffet and the food was really good and the staff kind and professional. Overall, the quality/price is unbeatable and we really had a lovely stay."

"lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."
