"Had a leak in the AC unit but the staff quickly remedied the issue and offered a new room, a discount, or a breakfast basket. We wanted to keep our fireplace room so we stayed and had a great breakfast basket!"

"The front desk lady Jenni is very nice only reason we didnt cancel are reservation... the room was clean tho...the old indian dude needs to not interact with customers cause someones gonna end up knocking him out. The guys that sit in the little shop by the dumpsters need too quit staring at women its very weird... they dont look they literally watch women all the way to there room... STOP!... and tweakers need to not be allowed to get rooms.. had 1 try an talk her way into our room shut the...

"Late check-in on a Friday = no parking.. lucky as am though I snatched up a spot when some guests left. Also, the walls are very thin and room beds are back to back, so no, its not an earthquake… in and out access from side work, elevator good, but hotel is needing an rip and replace upgrade asap. Price fair one day, oh-hell no the next. Friendly staff."
