"It’s nice and quiet out there. Especially at night it’s lovely. I really enjoyed the drive to and from town. The WIFI was out the time we went so just be mindful of losing signal out there. FYI for guest staying in Room #4 in particular, it’s close quarters there. Especially the shower. Other than that staff there was very nice. It has a small town Italian feel to it like your walking the streets of Italy. Other guest there were very pleasant to be around and the whole lay out of the property...

"We had an amazing and relaxing three nights here. The outdoor shower was great! We had a bit of a problem with the hot tub but the owner was there in 10 minutes to resolve the issue. No WiFi and the cell service is just good enough for email and texting. We brought DVDs but the cabin was equipped with about 20 of them. Games too! The fire pit was an extra bonus. We went into Fredericksburg a few times and it was only about a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, great place!"

"Great place to get away, nice and quiet. The hoyse had anything you might need. If you like the outdoors and sit ourside and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets, this is the place. Best part is that since there isn't internet the kids had to intertain themselves and had to interact with others. We loved the history of the place and its rustic look. We will definitely come back soon."

"It was right off of the Main street in Llano and was so cute! was so clean and the sheets were buttery soft and bed was super comfortable. Built in 1870 and totally refurbished; had fresh baked pastries for us and a large kitchen....we would definitely stay again if we go to Llano in the future. Highly recommend!!"
