"We stayed as a group of 16 and had a fabulous week at La Grange. The kids loved the pool, the woods, the cinema room when it was cloudy, and the swing was a big hit. The adults loved the bbq and outdoor seating for dinner and sundowners. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was so much space and the play room / games room had toys and games for all ages. Communication was fab and they helped us with some recommendations of places to go as well. A fab week. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux avec nos enfants, le jardin est immense est très bien entretenu la maison est très propre et très confortable il ne manque rien. "The house has been renovated nicely and has most things that you need, except wifi! There is a reasonable telephone signal but we quickly used up our data roaming allowance as we were there to search for a property. There is a restaurant in the next village and a supermarket in Felletin which also hosts a country market on Friday mornings. It is lovely being in the middle of the Millevaches Plateau but that does mean it takes a long time to get anywhere. The host was very kind and helpful...

"I had a lovely week, away from it all, in Haute Correze. I love the area though I wasn't familiar with Ussel and its surroundings but found loads of new places to see and things to do. "The location of the hotel (at the end of the motorway) is perfect. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has very limited facilities eg no gym or relaxation area. Breakfast was limited for our UK palette, eg the only egg option was boiled and you had to do it yourself, so it was not worth (in my view), the £13 pp additional charge. There were also no options for evening dining on site and as our stay included a Sunday and everywhere was closed it caused us...

A good base for us!

"Staff are very friendly, professional and polite! Breakfast was nice. Room quite small but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite hard/firm. Shower room had a musty/damp smell and some mould in shower, extractor fan didnt seem to work and the shower head wouldnt stay up (kept falling down the adjustable bar) so had to bend down to wash my hair. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, again great staff! "
