"The staff were extremely helpful with advice of sights and where to eat. Their recommended restaurants were just around the corner., with some awesome foods. Just remember that parking is at a premium in historic parts of a city. The parking we choose was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. However, the staff helped remove the luggage upon arrival and load it ipon departure. "

"The property was very nice, and indecent shape considering it’s an older property. Some parts were in a little bit of disrepair, but the staff were very nice and did a good job. The breakfast was awesome. The area in proximity to the main town was close enough, probably not the safest of all areas, but safe enough for visitors. "Beautiful spa hotel. The pool area is stunning. Small and friendly. Lovely breakfast area. Rooms are cozy but lovely. Only issue was that our suitcase was damaged by whoever took it to the room. It wasn’t new so we didn’t mention it but it would have been nice for someone to tell us given it was pretty obvious it had fallen down stairs or something similar given it’s state by the time it arrived in our room. "
