Pour les jours où nous ne roulions pas ,nous avons apprécié Porto Pollo avec sa jolie plage, à 3kms environ, tres agreable car protégée du vent qui etait tres frais ! Debit oct, la residence était donc très calme. Piscine non chauffée, et vraiment trop froide pour en profiter. Apt agréable, propre & spacieux pour 2 personnes, mais meublé " très vieillot ", avec des luminaires style garage ....

"La maison est plutôt un grand appartement qui occupe tout le 1er étage d'une maison dont le rez de chaussée est occupé par les propriétaires. La plupart du temps ce peut être un inconvénient mais ici c'est un avantage. Le couple se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit parfait, ils sont d'une bienveillance et d'une générosité rares. "Une expérience horrible : tout d'abord un logement avec des équipements défectueux, des lits très inconfortables avec lattes manquantes (et il faut fournir des photos tous les jours au propriétaire !!) un évier de salle de bain si bas et si petit qu'il est inutilisable, puis un frigo qui met 8 heures à se mettre en route(inquiétant l'arrivée avec les courses, avec l'accueil téléphonique agressif du propriétaire), puis une fuite très très importante des toilettes en pleine nuit qui nous a laisse...

"Les + : Maison très mignonne dans les hauteurs de Coti Chiavari. Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient très clairs, réactifs et flexibles. Le check-in et check-out plutôt simple (bien qu'on ait raté certaines étapes du check-out - il y en a beaucoup !) Nous ne nous sommes pas servi de la cuisine donc ne pourrons pas commenter dessus. "Great hotel with wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, but we did find the hotel a little far from the centre of town. The hotel does have a regular shuttle into town though! Apartment was clean and comfortable and provided everything one could want. There is a supermarket and Boulangeries close by and within walking distance."

"Although clean (and the bed comfortable), the main problem with my room was a terrible stench that seemed to emerge from the direction of the air conditioner and which lingered in the room despite airing it. I thought at first this was a result of seaside heat and humidity, so I didn't report the smell. A few days later, when I opened the safe the day before my departure, my passport and other valuables were wet. That is when I realized that the nasty odor was due to chronic leaking of the AC and the water dripping and seeping into the closet and woodwork right under the AC, including the metal safe attached to the wall of the closet!! I had an early departure the day after, so I didn't have time to complain, but other reviews have reported similar bad smells, and if AC leaks are also the problem, then something needs to be done. You don't want people's valuables and passports to get wet inside the safe that's meant to protect them. On the upside, the hotel provides a shuttle service (a "navette") to and from the Ajaccio airport, which is convenient. Also, you can take the beach shuttle right outside the hotel, which will get you to various beaches in the "Rive Sud." "

"This was my best hotel experience on the island of Corsica. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They even anticipated our needs before we did. They spoke very good English. They even let us hang around the hotel after check out. I recommend getting a room with a terrace. It’s really worth the extra money. If I make it to Corsica again, I will make sure to stay here again."
