"Bathrooms looked clean, but bed sheets no as much. Floor carpets are filthy. Bath room door knob was broken and my partner got stock in it while I was out of room. Water got shut off once, WiFi was weak, and strong smell of cigarette forced me to change room. Not a good overall experience. "

When questioned the staff (who can't speak English) they said there were not many guests staying at the hotel; therefore, they didn't have to serve a full breakfast. An example is when we asked for bread for breakfast, they did not have any, and this was meant to be a buffet breakfast. To top that up, they didn't turn on the heaters in the dining area in the middle of winter, so not only was there no breakfast, but there was also no air conditioning. Disgusting service. "
